When anyone thinks of a 305, we all think of it being a boat anchor... well Ron Gundrum thinks differently about the 305 in his 88 firebird formula. Ron turned his 170 hp stock 305 TBI into a 400+ HP streetable monster. Thats what we were able to accomplish with a so-called "smog" motor, that people have no respect for. Imagine what we can accomplish with more cubic inches.

Antistock's History :

Ron Gundrum Jr and Lee Kessler were friends throughout highschool with dreams of making big Horse Power numbers. They took auto classes together and spent many hours beneath an 82 firebird that hadn't ran in 20 years bringing it back to life one bolt at a time, now it runs and drives beautifully. Ron and Lee have spent many hours devoted to studying and researching to further their careers. Ron worked for Mazda in the American Lemans series gaining experience around rotary engines, as well as turbo cars. His main specialty is engine building. Lee specializes in the more modern approach to cars and technology, including 4 cylinder turbo cars, and suspension tuning.They have worked together at Andrew and Safro Toyota in Milwaukee, Wi for years. Ron and Lee both have several certifications between both of them, including being Toyota certified, AC certified, as well as different ASE's.
