ok i when i got the cavi running i found out that one of the ball joints was bad. Well it has been awhile and i noticed my steering got really sloppy. so the other i i got them replaced and had an alignment done and the guys said the alignment is not 100% due to a little slack in the tie rod ends. ok now for my question. the day b4 i took my car into get fixed the car steered hard but only to the left. it felt like the power steering was working against me. and it made a noise that sounded like an air leak under my dash. since i got the ball joints replaced it still does it but only at slower speeds. Anyone have any ideas what is causing my issue?

it sounds to me like a power steering issue. Those cars arew kown to have rack and pinion problems. If a seal if bad inside the rack it can cause hard turning and or memory steer.

memory steer is where after you turn the car one way going strait the car pulls to which ever way you just turned.
